Walk ON provides resources and programs to local communities, politicians and city staff around building walkable communities. Walk ON is a coalition of Hearth Health Coordinators dedicated to supporting walkable communities in their area. WalkON envisions an Ontario where walkable communities are the social and cultural norm.
