The Plains Road Village Vision is pleased to host a free public workshop to seek public input about improving the health of the community in Aldershot.
At the workshop, we will identify ways to improve the physical environment to support walking, cycling, and public transit for local residents. This workshop will focus on the area of Waterdown Road and Plains Road in Aldershot.
A community design expert will be seeking your input on issues that relate to planning, development, economic benefits, health, and traffic safety. Your participation is critical to the success of the evening and the creation of a report with recommendations for the area.
This session is hosted by the Plains Road Village Vision and delivered by walkON, a Choices 4 Health Project in partnership with Active Aldershot, Aldershot BIA, Aldershot Our Kids Hub, City of Burlington, GO Transit, and the Halton Region Health Department.
