The Halton Council on Smoking or Health (HCSH) is a community-centred alliance with over 25 years in Halton. The founding organizations were the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society and The Lung Association but the Council quickly expanded to include other organizations with a vested interest in tobacco policy, health promotion, prevention and cessation.
