Will strive to operate by consensus leading to unanimity. When a matter must be put to a vote, the matter will carry with a simple majority of votes cast by members.

In the event of a conflict, the Coordinating Committee will ensure that the conflict resolution process is used.

All Choices 4 Health Network members, partners and community committee or workgroups participants will have the opportunity to partake in training, education and resource sharing.

Whenever possible, community committees and workgroups will strive to include members from the target group(s).

Program/activity specific materials will acknowledge all partners involved.

Wherever appropriate, all members and partners in the Choices 4 Health community Network will be recognized.

The Choices 4 Health Network will be kept informed through the broad distribution of activity reports.

Programs and activities will be cost effective.
