To have zero exposure to tobacco smoke, to not smoke, and to live, work and play in smoke-free environments

and existing best practices and/or evidence based programs.

We will address chronic disease using the four accepted risk factors.

Our programs will be population based, but at the same time, we will address the unique requirements of specific groups.

We will emphasize community and/or inter-organizational partnerships and work to enhance community participation and volunteerism to foster sustainability.
