The Choices 4 Health Network will strive for consensus. When a matter must be put to a vote, the matter will carry with a simple majority of the votes cast by members present representing a quorum.
If a vote is tied, the matter will be rejected, pending further dialogue to reach consensus. In the event of a tied vote the Coordinating Committee will ensure that the conflict resolution process is used.
