Choices 4 Health is 100 percent funded by the Ministry of Health Promotion.  The Region of Halton provides one full time coordinator and other staff support.  This network's success can be attributed to all of the committed community members and organizations that make up our network.

Choices 4 Health sees a Halton in which people achieve optimum health by choosing opportunities for healthy eating, physical activity, good mental health and smoke-free living.
